Refund policy

Our Return Policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

E-Liquid(s) cannot be returned and are FINAL SALE

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Any packages that are Returned to Sender because Proof of Age was not able to be determined will NOT receive a refund.

Any package that was returned to us due to other reasons that we are not at fault for ( i.e customer entered wrong address,name, unclaimed package ect.) Will receive a refund excluding the 14.99 shipping fee, the 14.99 return shipping fee and a 20% restocking fee. If you have received free shipping on your order the 14.99 will be deducted from the total of the original purchase price.
